District or Mission Groups

To ensure camp availability, you must book at least 6 months in advance. After 6 months, availability will be opened to Stake groups. Bookings will not be approved prior to 3 months of arrival date.

Stake Groups

Bookings are approved 6 months prior to arrival date. After 4 months, bookings are available to wards and branches, and will not be accepted after 1 week to arrival date.

Wards and Branches

Bookings must be submitted and approved 3 months prior to arrival date before availability opens up to families, and will not be accepted after 1 week to arrival date.

Families

Bookings will be approved 2 months prior to arrival date, and will not be accepted after 1 week to arrival date. Please contact us if dates are not available.

Check the calendar for available dates, then complete the form to submit your request.

If the date is red, it is available. If it is gray, one or more areas are reserved. You may still submit a request for an area and we will let you know if it is available.
